How It Works

1. Request your quote

Whether you know exactly what you need or require assistance with specs, models based on specific roles, or adjustments to fit your budget, we’re here to help.

2. Approval & Invoicing

If everything looks good, we proceed with order invoicing and immediate shipment. No subscription fees, signed contracts, or exclusivity are required.

3. Provide Recipient Details

Simply share the recipient's name, address, and contact information. We'll take care of the coordination and reach out to them for you.

4. Payment


Once your order safely arrives, we'll send our bank details for easy payment settlement.

1. Initiate Retrieval Process

Provide us with the employee's details including name, address and device information. You can either provide a destination address or request us to store it for how long as you want.

2. Arrange with Employee

We will reach out to your employee, coordinate the pickup and provide instructions to ensure the safe recovery of the device.

3. Pickup


Once everything is set, we will proceed with the retrieval process. The device will then be shipped to your specified destination or securely stored in our warehouse.

4. Reuse


If you choose to store the device, simply let us know when you are ready to redeploy it. We also offer thorough cleaning and wiping before it is handed over to its new user.

1. Initiate Storage Process

If your destination after retrieval was set to store in our local warehouse, your devices will be safely kept until redeployment. To store any existing IT equipment, simply provide us with a pickup address, contact details, and device information. All items will change status in our asset tracking tool.

2. Additional Services

Once your assets are secured in our warehouse, you can choose from device cleanups, disk wiping, or disposal & recycling services if your device has reached the end of its life.

3. Reuse

When you're ready to redeploy a device, just inform us. Share the new recipient's information (name, address, specific model), and we will arrange delivery for you.

Choose your ideal company swag from our catalog. If you don't see what you like, we can source it for you by request.

2. Mock-ups Approval

Our team will design your swag to match your brand guidelines. Simply provide logo files and your brandbook.

3. Place Order


Production can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the swag you select. We'll notify you as soon as it’s ready. 

4. Ship or Store It


Our flexible storage options allow you to use your swag however you want. You can either receive the full order, or we can store it and send items one by one, with each new onboarding along their new devices (optional).

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum threshold. Request what you really need and feel free to quote anytime, no strings attached.

If I have a device in one country and need to send it to another, can quipteams handle cross-border shipments?

No, we cannot ship devices from one country to another. This is because such a process involves exportation and importation, which entails a lot of bureaucracy and management costs that end up being higher than purchasing the device locally. We offer to buy back the device in its original location.

How long does it take for quipteams to deliver equipment?

80% of our deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse.

What happens if an employee is not available to receive their package?

We will handle everything with our courier to rearrange and reattempt delivery.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee or purchase every month?

There are no subscription fees. Simply request a quote whenever you require hardware or logistics services.
