Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum threshold. Request what you really need and feel free to quote anytime, no strings attached.

Is there a minimum company headcount requirement?

Size does not matter to us. We assist any company that needs IT procurement and logistics management. Our commitment remains the same.

What regions does quipteams currently cover?

quipteams has already supported over 180 companies in every country within Latin America. While we specialize in the region, we also offer global coverage through partnerships with regional operators.

What does quipteams do?

quipteams enables businesses to efficiently procure and manage their hardware-related operations for their workforce. We provide, send, retrieve and store assets across Latin America. We simplify these processes for over 180 companies, offering a unified solution under a single PoC and currency. Additionally, we provide IT support throughout the entire process.  

How can I track my shipments? 

We work with trusted partners in most cases, and a tracking number is provided. In some instances, we use our private courier and will provide updates directly to you.

Is quipteams capable of storing our devices?

That is precisely what we do. We can store your assets (any device or company swag) in our partner warehouses anywhere in Latin America. We are solely responsible for keeping your stuff safe.

Does quipteams own the equipment? 

Our customers are the legal owners. We’re also developing a leasing/renting solution that will be available in late 2024.

Do you offer any returns or exchanges?

We do not offer any exchanges. Returns are not possible but we can always retrieve and store it until needed. 

Can I send company swag or gifts to my employees?

Of course! We can co-create a unique swag kit that mirrors your culture. We have a vast catalogue, but most client requests include: Tote bags, caps, hoodies, stickers, backpacks or mugs.

How long does it take to order swag?

Swag can take up to 4 weeks to get produced and shipped, but in most cases you will get it sooner.

How long does it take for quipteams to deliver equipment? 

80% of our deliveries arrive within 2 to 4 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse.

Can quipteams retrieve laptops?

Yes, this is one of our services. We have already recovered over 400 assets from departing employees in Latin America. 

What happens after retrieval?

After retrieval, quipteams can either reallocate assets to other employees or store them until they are needed again. Additionally, related services such as wiping or cleaning can be requested at this point.

How does onboarding look like with quipteams?

It’s a seamless, non-bureaucratic process. You provide details on a specific model (or ask for help to define it) along with recipient’s information. Please note that before shipping, we can always pre-configure devices. There are no subscriptions nor management fees. Pay for what you need. A free asset tracking platform is created to know what device, where it is, and who has it with its subsequent movements.

How does offboarding look like with quipteams?

To kick off an offboarding, we only need clear instructions on where and what will be retrieved, pick-up information and destination (office, another employee or stored in our warehouse). Any additions such as wiping or cleaning can be requested at this point. We know some situations can be fragile, so we await for your confirmation to get in touch with the departing employee.

What happens if an employee is not available to receive their package?

We will handle everything with our courier to rearrange and reattempt delivery.

If I have a device in one country and need to send it to another, can quipteams handle cross-border shipments?

No, we cannot ship devices from one country to another. This is because such a process involves exportation and importation, which entails a lot of bureaucracy and management costs that end up being higher than purchasing the device locally. We offer to buy back the device in its original location.

Can quipteams pre-configure hardware?

For sure. Laptops can be pre-configured with your company’s imaging in most countries. This includes app installations, pre-creating users, enrolling your devices to Apple Business Manager and more.

Does quipteams support Apple Business Manager (ABM)?

We can enroll your new Macs with ABM before your new hires start their first day, subject to Apple’s availability in each country. 

How does quipteams handle warranty and support?

All devices include a 12-month official warranty. We take care of dealing with support for you and immediately loan a backup, enabling your teams to continue working and avoid any downtime. 

What happens if my device breaks? 

In the event of an in-transit loss or damage before arrival, quipteams assumes full responsibility and will replace it. If a team member happens to break a device, we can help with repair and invoice it afterwards.

We already have our own equipment. Is this an issue?

We understand your company was not founded the same day you met us. Rest assured, we can retrieve those for you and offer reassignment, tracking in our asset management platform, etc.

Which products and brands does quipteams currently offer?

We provide any work-related products your employees might need, including the following:

- Devices: laptops, PCs, tablets, phones. Peripherals or accessories: monitors, docking stations, headsets, webcams, mice, hubs, keyboards, chargers, etc.

- TVs and accessories: Chromecast, Fire Stick, Apple TV, etc.

- Cool Swag Kits: Hoodies, caps, tote bags, backpacks, stickers, mugs, etc.

We currently offer a wide variety of brands, including: Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, HP, Microsoft, MSI, Acer, Samsung and more.

What are quipteams’ payment methods?

We prioritize delivery. We adapt to your most convenient payment method and currency.

Do I have to pay a subscription fee or purchase every month?

We ship free of charge to any corner of Latin America. There are no subscription fees. Simply request a quote whenever you require hardware or logistics services.

What is the shipping cost to deliver new purchases?

We deliver free of charge to any corner of Latin America.
